To have and to hold the premises hereby Conveyed
together with all the rights privileges and appur-
tenances to the said parties of the second part
their heirs and assigns forever. And the Said
parties of the first part do hereby Covenant and
agree to and with the said party of the Second
part their heirs executors and administrators for themselves and
their heirs executors and administrators to forever
warrant and defend the title to the premises hereby
Conveyed against the claim of every person whom

and Emma A. Terry his wife whose names are
subscribed to the annexed instrument as parties
thereto personally known to me to be the individuals
described therein and who executed the Same and
they and each of them acknowledged to me that they
executed the said instrument each respectively freely
and voluntarily for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned. And I do further Certify that Mrs Emma
A. Terry wife of the said Philip Terry did acknowledge
to me on an examination Separately and apart from
her husband that she executed the Same freely
and voluntarily for the uses and purposes therein
mentioned and for the purpose of relinquishing all
the Claim title to or interest in said Premises
which she may possess by right of dower or
otherwise without fear or Compulsion or undue
influence of her said husband
