John A. Moseley To Susan C. Gunnell
               "Deed"
Know all men by these presents that we John
A. Moseley of the County of Suwannee and
Caroline J. wife of the said John A. Moseley
in Consideration of the Sum of Two hundred
and fifty dollars to us in had paid by
Susan C. Gunnell of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have bargained sold and
quit claimed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and quit claim unto the said
Susan C. Gunnell and to her heirs and assigns
forever all our and each of our right title
interest estate claim and demand both at
law and in Equity and as well in possession
as in expectancy of in and to all that Certain
messuage or tract of land Situate lying and
being in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida and described by the United States
Survey as the West half of the North West
Quarter of Section Eleven (11) Township Seven
(7) South of Range Eighteen (18) East Containing
Eighty acres less two (2) acres deeded for School
premises on the North West Corner of said
tract together with all and Singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
to have and to hold the above released premises
to the said Susan C. Gunnell her heirs and assigns
forever to her and their own use and behoof
In Witness Whereof we that said John A. and
Caroline J. Moseley have hereunto Set our hands
and seals this Eleventh day of February AD
