February AD 1884 personally appeared before me
a Notary Public for the State of Florida John A.
Moseley and Caroline J. Moseley his wife to me
known as the persons described in and who
executed the foregoing instrument and Severally
acknowledged the execution thereof to be their
free act and deed for the uses and purposes
therein set forth and the said Caroline J. Moseley
wife of the said John A. Moseley on an examination
taken and made separately and apart from her
said husband did acknowledge that she
made herself a party to the said deed for the
purpose of renouncing and relinquishing her
dower or right of dower in and to the lands ten-
ements and hereditaments therein described and
thereby granted and released and that Such
relinquishment or renunciation of dower is made
by her freely and voluntarily and without any Con-
straint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband. Witness my hand and seal this Eleventh

hundred and Sixty Seven between Elias Earle & Silas Weeks,
partners in business under the Style of Earle & Weeks of the
County of Alachua State of Florida parties of the first, and Smart
Walker of the same County and State witnesseth, that for and in
consideration of one hundred dollars of good and Lawful currency
of the U States to them in hand paid hath bargained and
sold and by these presents do bargain sell and convey unto
