and who executed the foregoing deed of conveyance did this
day to me on a separate and private examination before me taken
and made separately and apart from her said husband ack
-knowledge and declare that she made herself a party to and
executed the same for the purpose of releasing relinquishing
renouncing granting and conveying all her Separate estate and
title also her right of dower and homestead in and
to the lands in said conveyance described and granted
and that she executed the same freely and Voluntarily and
without any constraint apprehension fear or compulsion of

Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
we Amelia E. Taylor and R.F. Taylor her husband of
the aforesaid State and County for and in consideration
of the sum of Two hundred and Seventy five dollars to us
in hand paid by George H. Sutherland of said State
and County the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowle
-dge have granted, bargained, sold aliened and conveyed,
and by these presents do grant, bargain sell and convey
unto him the said George H. Sutherland, all of that
certain tract, piece or parcel of land situated lying
