particularly Known and described as follows, to wit:-
Commencing at a Stake on the southern boundary line
of Section Nineteen (19) in Township Ten (10) South of Range
Nineteen (19) East, which stake stands Four hundred and forty-
(440) yards west from the South East corner of Said Section
Nineteen (19) thence from said Stake running West Four hun
-dred and Ninety (490) yards, thence North Five hundred (500) yards,
thence East Four hundred and Ninety (490) yards, thence South
Five hundred (500) yards to the place of beginning, cont
-aining Fifty (50) acres of land more or less. Together with
all and Singular the tenements hereditaments, and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining. To have and
to hold the same unto him the said George H. Sutherland and to
his heirs, Executors, administrators and assigns in fee Simple ab
-solutely forever. - In witness whereof we have hereunto

appeared Amelia E. Taylor and R.F. Taylor her husband each
of whom did duly and severally say and acknowledge before me
that they and each of them did execute, sign, seal and deliver
the foregoing deed of conveyance for the uses and purposes therein
contained and expressed.  And the said Amelia E. Taylor wife
of the said R.F. Taylor being on this day first duly questioned
and Examined by me separate and apart from her said husband
did upon such private and separate examination, say and acknowledge
before me that she did execute the said deed of conveyance of
her separate property and Estate freely and Voluntarily and without any
compulsion, constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband.       In testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand
and Seal of the Circuit Court of which I am Clerk, the day and
