The Alachua County to E.R. Trafford

                                        "Deed"

      This Indenture made and entered into on this 16th day of June
AD 1884 by and between the Alachua Improvement Company a corpo
-ration duly and legally organized under and by virtue of the laws
of the state of Florida party of the first part and E.R. Trafford of
the city of Sanford County of Orange and state of Florida party of
the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and
in consideration of the sum of Thirty Dollars to it in hand paid at
and before the ensealing and delivery hereof the receipt of which is here
-by acknowledged hath granted bargained sold and conveyed and doth
by these presents grant bargain sell convey and confirm unto E.R. Traf
-ford the said party of the second part, and to his heirs and assigns for
ever all that lot tract or parcel of land lying and being in the county
of Alachua and state of Florida and specifically known and described
as follows to wit: Lot (2) Two in Block (15) fifteen in the Town of New
Gainesville, Alachua County Florida, Together with all and singular
the rights, tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belong
-ing or in anywise appertaining. To have and to hold the above bargain
-ed and described premises unto E.R. Trafford the said party of the second
part and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns forever, 
in fee simple absolute. And the said party of the first part for
itself and its successors and lawful representatives, doth hereby
warrant and will forever defend the title to the said party of the second
part and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns against
all the lawful claims and demands of any and all persons now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same. In testimony whereof the
said part of the first part, by its duly and legally authorized, Presi
-dent hath hereunto signed its corporate name and attached its seal
on the day and year first above written.

Rob to me well and personally as the President of and for the Alachua
Improvement Co, the Grantor herein, who acknowledged that he signed
sealed and delivered the above and foregoing deed of conveyance in the manner
and for the uses and purposes therein stated and set forth.
