sum of Ninety Dollars to the parties of the first part paid The
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained
sold and by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto the said party of the Second part her heirs and assigns
in fee simple all that certain tract or parcel of land lying
and being in the Town of Hawthorn in said state and County
and described as follows to wit: Beginning eight chains and
ninety links (8.90) North from the South East corner of the South
west Quarter of the South West of Section (26) Twenty six in
Township ten (10) South of Range (22) Twenty two East - Thence
North three chains (3.00) thence West three chains (3.00) thence
South three chains (3.00) thence East three chains (3.00) back
to place of beginning containing 90/100 of an acre more or
less. being land sold to said Weeks by Wm Henry Sanders
on the fifth day of February AD 1883, by deed recorded in the
public records of Alachua County at pages 191-192 & 193 in Book
?O? To have and to hold the above described land to the said
party of the second part her heirs and assigns together with
the rights members and appurtenances thereunto being belong
ing on in any manner appertaining. And the said
parties of the first part for themselves, their heirs execu
tors administrators and assigns the title to the above barg
-ained sold and conveyed premises will forever warrant and
defend against all legal claims and demands. In testimony

                            County of Alachua  }  the undersigned Robert B Weeks
and his wife Martha J M Weeks well known to me and
acknowledged that they executed the foregoing deed for the
purpose of conveying the land therein described to Sarah
S Jolly and the said Martha J M Weeks upon an examina
tion made by me separate and apart from her husband
acknowledges that she made herself party to said conveyance
for the purpose of relinquishing all dower and right of Dower
in the lands mentioned therein and that she did so freely and
voluntarily and without any fear constraint or compulsion
from her said husband.
