bargained sold and Conveyed and by these pres-
ents do grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the said
party of the second part all of that Certain lot piece
parcel or tract of land Situated lying and being in the
County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
known and described as follows to wit: Beginning at a
point which is located on the line dividing Section

Twenty five (25) Chains and Seventy Eight and a half
(78 1/2) links North of and from the South East Corner
of said Section Thirty Two (32) and at the Center of
the Eastern boundary line of a Certain two-acre
lot Conveyed by Ida Avera to the said Adaline
Whitaker - And from said point thus located
running West Two hundred and Ten (210) feet
Thence North Two hundred and Ten (210) feet
Thence East Two hundred and Ten (210) feet
to section line Thence South along said Section
line two hundred & five (205) feet to the point of
beginning Containing by estimation One (1) Acre of
land more or less. Together with all and Singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the Same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and to hold the Same unto her the said
party of the second part and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee Simple absolute
And the said parties of the first part doth hereby
Covenant and agree to and with the said party of
the second part that they are lawfully Seized in
fee of the property herein and hereby Conveyed
and that they have good and lawful right to
sell and Convey the Same that the same is free
from all encumbrances of any Kind Whatsoever
and that they will and their heirs executors and
administrators Shall and will forever warrant
and defend the Same unto the said party of
the Second part and to her heirs executors ad
ministrators and assigns against the lawful
claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to Claim
