this 15th day of July AD 1884 before me person-
ally appeared Mrs Adaline Whitaker wife
of Frank Whitaker one of the grantors in the
foregoing Conveyance who being first duly ques-
tioned and examined by me separate and
apart from her said husband Says and ac-
knowledges before me that she did sign
the said deed of Conveyance for the purpose of
Conveying to the grantee therein named all of her
right of Separate property and to the land in
said deed described and that the Same was
done by her freely and voluntarily and without
any Compulsion Constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband
