Alachua County   }  Whereas under and by virtue
of an execution issued out of the Circuit Court in
and for Alachua County Florida and me directed
wherein James P. Richardson was plaintiff and
William T. Richardson admr of Estate James M.
Richardson deceased was defendant I Sam C.
Tucker as Sheriff of Said Alachua County Florida
have duly levied upon the property hereinafter des=
cribed and under and by virtue of said execution
have duly advertised the said property for sale
on this 7th day of July AD 1884 according to law
And whereas on this 7th day of July AD 1884 I did
as such Sheriff duly Sell the said property here-
inafter described under and by virtue of the said
execution at public outcry before the Court House
door in the town of Gainesville in Alachua County
Florida and whereas at said Sale Leonard A.
Waldron became the purchaser of the said
property hereinafter described at and for the
sum of Sixty 00/100 dollars that being the highest
best and last Sum bid for the Same at said Sale
and he being the bidder thereof - Now therefore know
all men by these presents that I the said Sam C.
Tucker as such Sheriff as aforesaid under
and by virtue of the said execution and under
and by virtue of the levy advertisement and
sale thereunder made and for and in Consideration of
the said Sum of Sixty 00/100 Dollars to me as Such
Sheriff Cash in hand on this day paid by the
said Leonard A. Waldron the receipt whereof I
do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained
sold transferred aliened and Conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell transfer alien and
Convey unto him the said Leonard A. Waldron
the following described property to wit:
The real estate in said County and State Known
as South East quarter of North East quarter Sec-
tion Nineteen, East half of South East Quarter
Section Nineteen: West half of South West Quarter
Section Twenty: South West Quarter of South
East Quarter Section Nineteen: West half of
North East Quarter Section Thirty all of Said
land in Township Ten South Range Eighteen
East Containing Three hundred and Twenty
