Alachua County   } This Indenture, Made this first
day of February AD 1883, between Izabella Jinkins
(widow) of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the first part and John A. Chastain of the
County of Thomas State of Georgia of the Second part:
Witnesseth That for and in Consideration of the Sum
of One hundred and forty Dollars to the parties
of the first part paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained Sold and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and Convey
unto the said party of the Second part his heirs and
assigns in fee Simple all of that Certain tract or parcel
of land lying and being in Alachua County and
State of Florida and described as follows to wit:
