part and S.B. Stephens of Alachua County State of
Florida of the Second part: Witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in Consideration of
Two hundred and Twenty five dollars in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted sold Conveyed and Confirmed and by these
presents do grant sell Convey and Confirm unto the
said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns
forever the following land to wit: The North East
Quarter of lot Numbered Seventeen (17) also Lot
Number Three (3) according to plan of the Town
of Hague recorded in the Clerks office of
Alachua County State of Florida together with
all and Singular the appurtenances and hered-
itaments thereunto belonging and the reversion
and remainders rents issues and profits; and
all the estate title interest and demand of the
parties of the first part in law and equity of in
and to said premises with the appurtenances To
have and to hold the above described premises
and appurtenances to Said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever; and the said
parties of the first part by these presents for their
Heirs executors and administrators will forever
warrant and defend said premises and every part
thereof to Said party of the Second part their heirs
and assigns against all persons lawfully Claiming
or to Claim the Same

Justice of the Peace in and for said County A. Hague
Sr and Mrs Martha Hague wife of A. Hague Sr to
me well Known as the persons who executed the
foregoing deed and acknowledged they execu-
ted the Same for the purposes therein expressed
and the said Mrs Martha Hague wife of A. Hague
Sr being examined separate and apart from her
said husband acknowledged it to be her free
act and deed with our fear of Compulsion
Witness my hand and seal this 21 day of July AD 1884
