   This Indenture made this __ day of   AD 188- Between Char
-lotte F Bauknight of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
party of the first part and Abner B Bauknight of the County
of     and State of Florida party of the second part Witnes
seth that the said party of the first part for and in cons
-ideration of the sum of Two hundred and fifty ($250)
Dollars to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has bargained sold and transferred and by
these presents do bargain sell and transfer unto the said
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever
all that certain parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida and more par
ticularly described as follows: The South West Quarter of
the North West Quarter of the North East Quarter of Section
Seventeen (17) Township Eleven South (T 11S) Range Eighteen
East (R 18E) Containing Ten (10) acres more or less,
  Together with all the tenements hereditaments and appur
-tenances, with every privelege right title interest and estate
dower and right of dower and right of dower reversion rem-
-ainder and easement thereto belonging or in anywise appertai
-ning. To have and to hold the same in fee simple forever.
And the said party of the first part does covenant with the
said party of the second part that she lawfully seized of said
premises; that they are free from all incumbrance and
that she has good right and lawful authority to sell the
same; and that she will warrant and defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons. In witness
whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto set
her hand and seal the day and year above written.
