This Indenture made this 21 day of July AD 1884
between James L. Hague & May R. Hague of Alachua
County and State of Florida of the first part and
A. Hague Sr of Alachua County State of Florida
of the second part: Witnesseth that the parties of
the first part for and in Consideration of the
Sum of Four hundred dollars in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted sold Conveyed and Confirmed and by
the presents do grant sell Convey and Confirm unto
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever the following land to wit: The North West
Quarter of the South East Quarter of Section Thirty
Three (33) in Township Eight South of Range Nine-
teen East Containing Forty acres more or less accor-
ding to the United States Survey together with all
and singular the appurtenances and hereditaments
thereunto belonging and the reversion and remainders
rents issues and profits and all the estate title in-
terest and demand of the parties of the first part
in law and equity of in and to said premises with the
appurtenances To have and to hold the above des-
cribed premises and appurtenances to said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
and the said parties of the first part by these
presents for their heirs executors and administrators
will forever warrant and defend said premises
and every part thereof to said party of the second
part their heirs and assigns against all persons law-
fully claiming or to claim the Same
