Justice of the Peace in and for said County James L.
Hague and Mrs Mary R. Hague wife of James L. Hague
to me well Known as the persons who executed the
foregoing deed and acknowledged they executed the
Same for the purposes therein expressed and the
said Mary R. Hague wife of James L. Hague being
examined separate and apart from her said hus-
band acknowledged it to be her free act and deed
without fear or Compulsion

A. Hague Sr To A.J. Mills
            Deed
This Indenture made This 21 day of July AD 1884
between A. Hague Sr & Martha Hague of Alachua
County and State of Florida of the first part and
A.J. Mills of Suwannee County State of Florida of
the Second part for and in Consideration of the Sum
of Sixty five dollars in hand paid the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted sold
Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents do grant
sell Convey and Confirm unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns forever the
following land to wit: Lots Three and four in Lot
Thirteen South of the Rail Road Depot in the Town of
Hague extending along the right of way Thirty feet
and Thirty five on the Street according to plan of
said Town of Hague, together with all and Singular
the appurtenances and hereditaments rents issues
and profits and all the estate title interest and
demand of the parties of the first part in law and
equity of in and to said premises with the appurten-
ances To have and to hold the above described
premises and appurtenances to said party of the
Second part his heirs and assigns forever and
