the said parties of the first part by these presents for

             "Deed"
This Indenture made this 21 day of July AD 1884 be-
tween James L. Hague & Mary R. Hague of Alachua
County and State of Florida of the first part and
Arch Hague Junior of Alachua County State of Florida
of the second part: Witnesseth that the Said parties
of the first part for and in Consideration of the
Sum of Three hundred & Seventy Five dollars in
hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged have granted sold Conveyed and Confirmed
and by the presents do grant sell Convey and Confirm
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever the following land to wit:
The West half of the North East Quarter of Sec-
tion Thirty Three (33) in Township Eight South of
Range Nineteen East Containing Seventy Seven
