tenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging and
the reversion and remainders rents issues and profits
and all the estate title interest and demand
of the parties of the first part in law and equity
of in and to said premises with the appurtenances
To have and to hold the above described premises
and appurtenances to said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns forever; and the said parties
of the first part by these presents for their heirs
executors and administrators will forever warrant
and defend said premises and every part thereof to
said party of the second part their heirs and assigns
and against all persons lawfully Claiming or to

apart from her said husband acknowledged it to
be her free act and deed without fear or Compulsion
