State of Fla   }
Alachua County } This Indenture made and entered
into on this the twelveth day of July one thousand
Eight hundred and Eighty four between D.L. Frazier
& wife^Kate E. Frazier parties of the first part and
W.A. Snowden party of the second part. Witnesseth
that for and in Consideration of the Sum of One
hundred and twenty two 20/100^($122.20)^ Dollars to us
in hand paid by W.A. Snowden the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled-
ged do hereby quit claim to the said W.A. Snowden
his heirs and assigns all our right title or claim
in any way to a Certain tract or parcel of land with
the building thereon and all appurtenances to the
Same belonging. Situated in the aforesaid County
and State bounded and described as follows
to wit:  The NE1/4 of the NW1/4 Section (22) Twenty Two
Township (9) Nine Range (21) Twenty one East Con-
taining Forty acres more or less. To have and to hold
the above granted premises to the said W.A. Snowden
his heirs and assigns to his and their use & behoof
forever - And we the Said parties of the first part
do Covenant with the said party of the Second
part that we are lawfully Seized of above granted
premises and have a good and lawful right to
Sell and Convey the Same
In witness whereof we the said parties of the
first part in token of our release for the above
Consideration of all our right title Claim or in-
terest in or to the above granted premises have
hereunto set our hands and seals this 12th day of
