Came D.L. Frazier the bargainor with whom I am
personally acquainted and acknowledged that he
executed the foregoing deed for the purposes therein
Contained and expressed - In Testimony whereof

 Lou J. Montgomery To Waterman Johnson
                "Deed"

Alachua County   } We Lou J. Montgomery and Lucius
Montgomery in Consideration of Two hundred and
Fifty Dollars to us in hand paid by Waterman Johnson
the receipt of which we hereby acknowledge do sell
and by these presents Convey to the said Waterman
Johnson his heirs and assigns one acre of land
lying in section 26, Township 11, Range 20 in the
aforesaid County and State Commencing at the
North East Corner of S.D. Emersons land and run-
ning South along Emersons line Three hundred and
Eighty one feet Thence East one hundred and twenty
feet - Thence North parallel with the West line
Three hundred and Eighty one feet - Thence West
one hundred and twenty feet to the place of
beginning - We further bind ourselves our heirs
and assigns to warrant and defend this deed of
Conveyance unto the said Waterman Johnson his
heirs and assigns forever against any other
lawful claims to the aforesaid acre of land
As witness our hands and seals this 15th day of
