rights of way and appurtenances generally belonging to said land
  And the said George B. Griffin covenants with the said Charles P.
Whitman that he has lawful right to sell and convey the said
premises as above he has done;  that the said premises are free
from any lien or incumbrance in law or in equity; that he will
execute any further writing which may be reasonably required
of him to assure the title hereby aliened, and that he will cove
nant and defend the said title against the lawful claims and
demands of all persons.   And the said Mary A. Griffin hereby
consents with her husband to the alienation of said land and
makes herself a party to this deed for the purpose relinqui
-shing her dower and right of dower.   Witness our hands and
seals the Eighteenth day of July AD 1884.

Public personally appeared George B. Griffin and Mary A. Griffin his
wife who severally acknowledged that they executed the foregoing Deed
for the purpose therein expressed; And I further certify that said
Mary A. Griffin at an examination separate and apart from her
said husband did acknowledge that she executed the foregoing deed of con
-veyance and joined in the same for the purpose of relinquishing
her dower or right of Dower in and to the premises described therein
and that said relinquishment was made freely and Voluntarily and
without any fear, compulsion or constraint of or from her hus
band the said George B. Griffin.   Witness my hand and seal
this Eighteenth day of July AD 1884.

Anthony Norris of London England trustees of the Florida Land
and Colonization Company (Limited) incorporated under the
Companies acts 1862 to 1880 and whose registered Office is
situate at 13 Austin Friars London E.C. England parties of
