that I Basil M Reeves in the State aforesaid & County
of Alachua in consideration of the sum of One hundred
and fifty Dollars to me paid by Willis W Reeves in
the state aforesaid and County of Alachua have grant
-ed bargained sold and released and by these presents
do grant bargain and release unto the said Willis
W Reeves all that certain lot of land situate in the
State of Florida Alachua County and in Section 32, Town
-ship 11 Range 21, it being a part of the lot of land pur
-chased from Wm D Evins and described in a conveyance
him to me and lying between my own lot of 10 acres
