of Tallahassee Meridian in Florida, Containing Ninety acres
and forty seven hundredths of an acre, according to the official
plat of the survey of the said land, returned to the General Land
Office by the Surveyor General: Now Know ye, that there is
therefore granted by the United States unto the said Candacy L. Kite
the tract of Land above described: To have and to hold the
said tract of Land with the appurtenances thereof unto the said
Candacy L. Kite and to her heirs and assigns forever.
In testimony whereof I Chester A. Arthur President of
the United States of America have caused these letters to be made
Patent and the seal of the General Land Office to be hereunto
affixed. Given under my hand at the City of Washington
the first day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and Eighty three and of the Independence of the
United States the One hundred and eighth.

Alachua County } This Indenture made the 31st day
of July AD 1884 between William S. Pardue of said State and
State and County of the first part and James S. Pardue of
said County in the State of Florida of the second part, witn
-esseth that the said party of the first part for and in con
-sideration of the sum of One hundred ($10000) dollars to him
in hand paid by the said party of the second part the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents does grant bargain sell and con
-vey unto the said party of the second part all that certain lot
piece parcel or tract of land situated lying and being in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida particularly
Known and described as follows to wit: Beginning at the
Northwest corner of Lot number Twelve (12) of the South half of
Section Thirty two (32) in Township Nine (9) South Range
Twenty (20) East as designated upon a map of said half section
which is recorded in Deed Book "K" at page Two hundred and
three (203) of the Public records of said County, and from said
