and three hundred and forty six feet from the North West corner and Divi
sion lines of Susan Ferguson & Freyer thence south to the Ocala road,
two hundred and fifty five feet to a stake twenty feet North of the North
East corner of School lot on said line then South Easterly along said
road to the South West corner of Cantys lot Thence along the line of
said lot four hundred and sixty nine feet to the point of beginning
There is further excepted one acre being deed to a Church and
described as follows, Commencing at the Corner of fence of the six
acre tract owned by William Edwards adjoining the Ocala road
running East one hundred and eighty seven feet thence south Five
hundred and thirty three feet, thence West One hundred and eighty seven
feet, thence along the said fence of William Edwards two hundred
and thirty three feet to the beginning corner. There is further exce
-pted one acre adjoining said Church lot being used for School
purposes and running as follows, commencing on the North West
corner from the school house running East One hundred and Eighty
-seven feet along the Ocala road, Thence south Two hundred and
thirty three feet, thence West one hundred and eighty seven feet to the
Church lot, thence along said line of Church lot to the point beginning
two hundred and thirty three feet. To have and to hold the above
described and conveyed parcels of land subject to the exceptions above
specified to the said parties of the second part their heirs Exec
-utors or administrators and assigns in fee simple forever tog
-ether with all and singular the houses buildings improvements and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining.
And the said parties of the first part for themselves their
heirs Executors and administrators covenant and agree with the
said parties of the second part their heirs Executors or administrators
and assigns that they are seized in fee of the premises aforesaid
that they are free from all encumbrances that they have good
right to sell and convey the same to the parties of the second
part and that they will and their heirs Executors administra
-tors shall warranty and defend the titles to the same (subject
to the exceptions herein above specified) against the lawful claims
and demands of all person --- In Witness whereof the said parties

seals on the day and the year first above written.
