and a seven (7) acre lot of Watson C Reeves and having
the same East and west boundaries, containing five (5)
acres more or less. This deed is made upon the express
promise and condition so to be a home for my mother
Rebecca C Reeves for and during her natural life. Together with
all and singular the rights members hereditaments and ap
-purtenances to the said premises belonging or in anywise
incident or appertaining. To have and to hold all and
singular the premises before mentioned unto the said Willis
W. Reeves his heirs and assigns forever. And I do hereby
bind myself and my heirs Executors and Administrators
to warrant and forever defend all and singular the said premi
ses unto the said Willis W Reeves his heirs and assigns
against myself and my heirs and any other person or
persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same or
any part thereof. Witness our hands and Seals this Eighth
day of April in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight
hundred and Eighty four and in the one hundred and ___
year of the sovereignty and independence of the United States
of America.
