five hundredths of an acre according to the Official Plat of the 
Survey of the said Land returned to the General Land Office by the 
Surveyor General.    Now Know ye that there is therefore 
granted by the United States unto the said Peter Wright and to
his heirs and assigns forever.        In testimony whereof 
I Ulysses S. Grant, President of the United States of America 
have caused these letters to be made patent and the seal of 
the General Land Office to be hereunto affixed.  Given under 
my hand at the City of Washington the thirtieth day of January
in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and seven
-ty four and of Independence of the United States the ninety

     County of Alachua } This Indenture made and entered into
this the Eleventh day of June AD one thousand eight hundred and
eighty four (1884) between Cyrus R. Babbitt (a Bachelor) of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida of the first part,
and Mrs Georgiana Harris of Waldo Alachua County Florida
of the second part Witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Two hundred and
fifty Dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the
second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has grant
ed sold and conveyed unto the said party of the second part her
heirs and assigns the following described tract or parcel of land
lying being and situate in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida to wit: The west half of the South East quarter of the
North West quarter of section Thirty five, Township Eight South
Range Twenty one East,  W1/2 of SE1/4 of NW1/4 Sec 35, T8 -
R21 E Containing twenty acres more or less,  To have
and to hold the premises hereby conveyed together with all
the rights privileges and appurtenances to the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns forever.  And the said
party of the first part doth hereby covenant and agree to and
with the said party of the Second part her heirs and assigns
