                           Know all men by these presents that 
I Basil M Reeves in the State aforesaid and County of Alachua
in consideration of the sum of of Three hundred Dollars
to me paid by Watson C Reeves in the State aforesaid & County
of Alachua have granted bargained sold and released and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and release unto the
said Watson C Reeves all that certain lot of land situated
in the State of Florida, Alachua County beginning at a
Stake on the dividing line between John H Evins and Wm
D Evins 52 chains and 12 links north of the section line ?
Section 32 Township 11 - Range 21 - running thence East 12 chains
and 70 links to a point within Twenty feet of the Florida South
-ern Railway tract, thence south 16 East along said Railway
tract to a point sufficiently prolonged as from thence run
-ning due West and parallel with first line and intersecting
the said dividing line at a point, so far distant from the begin
-ning corner as may be necessary to embrace and include
Seven (7) acres more or less. Together with all and singular
the rights members hereditaments and appurtenances to the
said premises belonging, or in anywise incident or
appertaining. To have and to hold all and singular The
premises before mentioned unto the said Watson C Reeves
his heirs and assigns forever. And I do hereby bind myself
and my heirs Executors and Administrators to warrant and
forever defend all and singular the said premises unto
the said Watson C Reeves his heirs and assigns against
myself and my heirs and any other person or persons law
-fully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof
