Alachua County   }   This indenture made this Twenty fifth
day of April AD 1884 between John Cusbard and his
wife Isabella Cusbard who joins her husband in this
conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing her dower
in the lands hereinafter described, parties of the first part and
Robert Martin of the County of Alachua State of Florida
of the second part Witnesseth that for and in considera
-tion of the sum of One hundred and sixty Dollars to the
parties of the first part paid The receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have granted bargained sold and by these pres
ents do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said par
-ty of the second part and his heirs and assigns in
fee simple all of that certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being in Alachua County State of Florida
and described as follows, to wit: Starting at the Northeast
corner of the North West quarter of the North East quarter of
Section Twenty six, Township Ten South of Range L
