five hundred and Ninety two ($592) dollars which the said
George B Griffin hereby acknowledges he has received from
Miss Louise C Clark of the State of Massachusetts have
bargained sold and hereby give grant release, alien and con
-firm to the said Louise C Clark and to her heirs and
assigns, the following land situate in the County of Alach
ua and State of Florida to wit: Lots Thirty two (32) One
Hundred and twenty (120) and One hundred and thirty six (136)
on the plot of the Town of Windsor in Township Ten (10)
South of Range twenty one (21) East, Containing Twenty two 65/100
acres. Together with all easements rights of way and
appurtenances generally belonging to said land. And
the said George B Griffin covenants with the said Louise
C Clark that he has lawful right to sell and convey
the said premises as above he has done: that the said prem
ises are free from any lien or incumbrance in law or
in Equity; that he will execute any further writing
which may reasonably be required of him to assure the
title hereby aliened, and that he will warrant and
defend the said title against the lawful claims and
demands of all persons, and the said Mary A Griffin
hereby consents with her husband to the alienation
of said land and makes herself a party to this deed for
the purpose of relinquishing her dower and right of
dower. Witness our hands and seals the 10th day
of June AD 1884.

a Notary Public personally appeared George B Griffin and
Mary A his wife who severally acknowledged that they
executed the foregoing deed for the purpose therein expressed
and I further certify that said Mary A Griffin at an
examination separate and apart from her said husband
did acknowledge that she executed the foregoing deed of convey
ance, and joined in the same for the purpose of relin
quishing her dower or right of dower in and to the premises
described therein, and that said relinquishment was
made freely and voluntarily, and without any fear, compul
-sion or constraint of or from her husband, the said George
B Griffin.   Witness my hand and seal this 13th day of
