County of Alachua }  Know all men by these presents that Jes
-sie H. Goss and Rebecca P. Goss his wife who joins in this
conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing and renouncing her
dower parties of the first part and James R. Crawford party of
the second part all of said County and State Witnesseth that
said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Three hundred dollars to them in hand paid by the party
of the second part the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge
have granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents 
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the
Second part his heirs and assigns all that certain piece parcel
of land situated in Alachua County State of Florida Known
and described as follows: to wit, Beginning at the North West
corner of the Graveyard, running thence North fifty nine degrees
West Nineteen hundred and Sixty five (1965) feet to gate post, thence
West Three hundred and Seventeen (317 ft) feet thence south four
and three quarters of degree West Twelve hundred and ten (1210 ft)
feet to old line Six hundred and sixty (660 ft) south of Section
line, thence East along said line Two Thousand One hundred and
fifty two (2152 ft) feet to line of Graveyard.  Thence North along
line Two hundred and Twenty (220 ft) feet to point of beginning; bei
-ng in section (9) Nine and Section (16) Sixteen Township Ten (T10)
South Range Twenty East containing by estimation Thirty seven
and 60/100 acres more or less, Together with all and singular the
tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or
in anywise appertaining; To have and to hold said lands in
fee simple. And the parties of the first part do bind themselv
-es, their heirs, executors and administrators, and each of them to
warrant and defend forever the title to said premises unto the
second party his heirs Executors administrators and assigns,
against the claims of all persons claiming or to claim, under by
or through the parties of the first part.     In testimony
whereof the parties of the first part have hereunto set their
hands and seals this 29th day of July AD 1884
