all such acts and things respecting the said 
premises as they could do if they have the
absolute ownership these of without being
answerable for any loss or damage which
may happen thereby and that it shall be law-
ful for the Trustees at their discretion to
demise or let the same premises or any part or
parts thereof and for such time or times and
at such rent or rents and generally to deal with
the same premises or any part thereof in any way
in which the company might have dealt
with the same upon such terms and stipulations
as the Trustees shall think fit and it is hereby
declared that the Trustees shall by and out of the
rents and profits of the same premises and the
monies to be made by them in carrying on
any such business as aforesaid and so far as
the same will suffice pay and discharge the
expenses incurred in and about such manage-
ment or in the exercise of any of the powers afore-
said or otherwise in respect of the premises and
all outgoings which they shall think fit to pay
and shall pay and apply the residue of the
said rents profits and monies after such pay-
ments and after making such retentions there out
as they are by these presents empowered to make
out of the proceeds of any sale of the mortgaged
premises in or towards satisfaction of the interest
on such of the said adventures as shall for the
time be outstanding pari passu and without any
preference or priority and shall apply the residue
(if any) of the said rents profits and monies in
the same manner as is hereinbefore provided with
respect to the unapplied interest and dividends
of any stocks funds or securities starting in
the names of the Trustees provided always
and it at is hereby agreed and disclosed that
so long as and from time to time whenever no
monies shall be immediately due and owing
upon any of the said adventures and so long
as and wherever even although there may be
monies due and owing these on the Trustees
shall not have been requested as aforesaid in
virtue of the monies so owing to make entry
or sale and for the period of these calendar months
after receiving such request the Trustees shall
permit the company to see or dispose of and
