in the County of Alachua, State of Florida to wit: All that
certain piece or parcel of land and premises known and distin-
guished as and being part of Section Thirty six (36) Township ten
(10) Range Eighteen (18) East. Beginning for the part hereby conveyed
at a stake being the Northwest corner of subdivision of Lot number
Twenty Five (25) which stake is distant Twenty (20) chains south
Fifty (50) degrees west from a stake known as the Northwest corner
of Subdivision Lot number Twenty Nine (29) on the east side of
Lake Avenue and sixty (60) feet from the centre of the Rail Road
track of the Florida Transit Rail Road at Palmer Station, Alachua
County State of Florida, thence running North Fifty (50) degrees east
five (5) chains to a stake being the North East corner of Subdivis
-ional lot number Twenty five (25)to the point of beginning, all of which above
described tract of land containing by estimation Ten (10) acres of
land more or less. Together with all the improvements ways
Easements right priveleges appurtenances and hereditaments to
the same belonging, or in anywise appertaining, and all the
remainders reversions rents issues and profits thereof; and all
the estate right, title interest claim and demand whatsoever
either at law or in equity of the said parties of the first part
of into on out of the said piece or parcel of land and premises.
To Have and to hold the said piece or parcel of land and
premises with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns to his and their sole use benefit
and behoof forever. And the said parties of the first part for Themselves
and for their heirs Executors and administrators do hereby covenant
promise and agree to and with the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns that they the said parties of the first part and their
heirs shall and will warrant and forever defend the said piece
or parcel of land, premises and appurtenances unto the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns from and against
the claims of all persons claiming on to claim the same or any
part thereof by from under on Through him her them or either of
them. And further that they the said parties of the first part and
their heirs shall and will at all times hereafter, upon
the request and at the cost of the said party of the second part
his heirs or assigns, make execute deliver and acknowledge all
such other Deed or Deeds on other assurance in law for The
