Alachua County 5th Judicial Circuit of Florida the same being a Court of Record
do hereby certify that Saml J Kennard whose genuine signature appears to the fore
-going acknowledgement was at the time thereof a duly qualified and commissioned
Justice of the Peace and that he was duly empowered and qualified under the
laws of the State of Florida to take the same, and further; that all his acts as
such Justice of the Peace are entitled to full faith and credit. In

This Indenture made the seventh day of March Anno
Domini Eighteen hundred and Seventy nine between Mrs Sidney
Bryan of Waldo County of Alachua and State of Florida party of
the first part for and in consideration of one Dollar Dollars
to her in hand paid by the said party of the second part the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given granted
aliened bargained sold transferred, and do by these presents
give grant alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said
party of the second part and her heirs and assigns forever all
that certain Lot tract or parcel of land situate lying and
being in the County of Alachua and the State of Florida and
Known and described on the public records of said State as the
North West quarter of the North East quarter of the North West
quarter NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of Section Twenty nine (Sec 29) Range
Twenty two East, and containing ten (10) acres. Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances the
-reunto belonging; And also all the estate right title interest
property claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law
as in equity of the said party of the first part of in and
to the same with the appurtenances. To have and to hold
the above described premises with the appurtenances thereunto
belonging unto the said party of the second part and her heirs
and assigns as her absolute property in fee simple forever.
And the said Sidney Bryan for herself her heirs and
assigns doth covenant and agree that she lawfully seized
of the above described premises by deed from Ella Bryan bearing
date 5th of August 1878 and that she has conveyed the same |
