free and discharged from all encumbrances and liens
of any and every nature and description created by her; and the said par
-ty of the second part her heirs and assigns, shall quietly and
peaceably enjoy the above described premises against all persons
whatsoever lawfully claiming by, Through, or under her the said

    This Indenture made and entered into this Twen
ty sixth day of January in the year of our Lord One thousand and Eight 
hundred and Seventy one between James T Soutter and John
McRae Trustees only appointed by the Florida RailRoad Company
parties of the first part, and H Greenbaum party of the
second part witnesseth: That the said parties of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of Twenty One Dollars
and ninety two cents to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged given granted aliened bargained sold transfer
-red; and do by these give, grant alien bargain sell
transfer and convey unto the said party of the second part
all those certain parcels or tracts of land lying and being
in the County of Bradford State of Florida and more
particularly Known and described on the public records
and maps of said State as Section Thirteen of Township Seven
South in Range Twenty Two East containing Six hundred
and thirty two (632 28/100)) more or less. Also in the County
of Clay in the said State The North half; The South west
quarter, and the West half and North East quarter of South
East of Section number Twentynine of Township Seven
