in said State in Township Ten south in Range sixteen East
the whole of Section number Three containing Six hundred
and Eighty nine (689 38/) acres more or less. And also in Nassau
County in the said state Lots numbers One Two and Three The
East half of the North East quarter and the North East quarter
of the South East quarter of Section Five of Township Two
North in Range No Twenty five East containing Two hundred and
sixty nine (269 85/) acres more or less. To have and to hold the above
described premises together with all and singular the rights and
privileges immunities easements and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in anywise appertaining unto the said party of
the second part and his heirs as their absolute property
in fee simple forever. And the said parties of the first
part for themselves and successors as Trustees as aforesaid
and for the said Florida Railroad Company and for all
others claiming by, through or under them or either of 
them do covenant and agree that they are seized as trustees
of a good and indefeasable fee simple to the above premises
and that they have good right to convey the same as they
have conveyed the same, free and discharged from all
encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and des
-cription created by themselves as such Trustees; and that
the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above described
premises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming
under them or either of them. In testimony whereof the said

deed as Trustees of the Florida Railway Company for
