              Town of Waldo To Mrs F.W. Campbell
                             "Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } Whereas the City Council of the Town of Waldo
Florida did on the 12th day of August AD 1880 Pass the following
ordinance to wit: An ordinance to improve the facilities
of Ingress or Egress to and from the City of Waldo: The people
of Waldo represented by the town Council duly assembled to
enact as follows: Sec 1 It is hereby ordered that all that
portion of Ancrum Street lying North of Kennard Street shall be
and it is hereby forever vacated, and shall revert to the property
lying on either side of the vacated portion of said AnKrum
Street and to the owners thereof forever. Provided that one
Fannie W. Campbell the present owner of a portion of said
property lying in said vacated Street, shall truly execute a deed
of a certain Strip of Land Thirty feet wide along the South line
of the South East quarter of the North East quarter of the North
West quarter of Section Twenty three (23) Township Eight (8)
South Range Twenty one (21) East, Said Strip of land being Twenty
(20) Rods long running West from the South East corner of said
Lot and Containing 36/160 or (36) Thirty Six square Rods more or less to
the City of Waldo to be forever used as a public Street and
the Execution of such Deed shall complete the conditions of
closeing and shall forever vacate and close up the said descr
-ibed part of AnKrum Street -

                         The aforesaid Mrs Fannie W. Campbell having
complied with the conditions of said ordinance in makeing a
Deed to the within described strip of land to the City of Waldo, We
the Mayor and City Clerk with the approval of the City Counsel
Endorse the same and pray that the same be made a matter of
record.  Witness our hands and the seal of the City of Waldo
this the 14th day of November AD 1883= Saml J. Kennard  President of City Council
