County of Alachua    } Personally appeared before the undersigned Mary
H McRae and Thomas J McRae both aforesaid who deeding
to Frank S Lewis of Philadelphia Pa and acknowledged that they
executed the foregoing deed for the purpose of conveying the land
therein described to The party of the second part and the said
Mary H McRae upon an examination made by me, separate
and apart from her husband, acknowledges that she made herself
a party to said conveyance for the purpose of relinquishing all her
right in the lands therein mentioned, and that she did so freely
and Voluntarily and without any fear, constraint or compulsion
from her said husband.

                  Samuel A Swann to Carrie B Farrell

    This Indenture made the Twenty first day of March Anno
Domini Eighteen hundred and Eighty four between Samuel A Swann
(unmarried) of the City of Fernandina County of Nassau and
State of Florida party of the first part and Carrie B Farrell wife
of Ned E Farrell of the City of Waldo County of Alachua and State 
of Florida party of the Second part; Witnesseth that the said party
of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars Lawful money of the United States of America
to him in hand paid by the said party of the Second part, The
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed and by
these presents does grant bargain sell alien remise release con
-vey and confirm unto the said party of the second part and
her heirs and assigns forever all those certain Lots Tracts or
parcels of land, situate lying and being in the City of Waldo
County of Alachua and State of Florida and Known and described
on the official plat of said City (as surveyed by P W O Koeneses
in 1876) as Lots numbered Six (6) Seven (7) and Eight (8) in Block
number Seven (7) which said Lots each measure thirty three and
and one third feet in width by Seventy five feet in Depth and
together they front one hundred feet on Snowden Street which
bounds them on the South East; Seventy five feet on Cole Street
which bounds them on the South west and one hundred
feet on Smallwood Street which bounds them on the North West.
