and for the purpose of relinquishing all the claim title to
or interest in said premises, which she may possess
by right of Dower or otherwise without fear or compulsion
or undue influence of her said husband. Wherefore I pray
that the same may become a matter of record. In testim

    This Indenture made this Twelfth day of October
AD 1883 between Jos J Hazard (single man) of the County of
Cook State of Illinois party of the first part and Frank
S Lewis of the City of Philadelphia and State of Penna party
of the second part witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of Four hundred
and fifty Dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged has bargained sold and transferred
and by these presents does bargain sell and transfer unto
the said party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain parcel of Land lying and being
in the County of Alachua and State of Florida and more
particularly described as follows. The North East Quarter
of the North west quarter of Section (14) Fourteen
Township (8) Eight South of Range (21) Twenty one East, con
-taining 40 acres more or less. Together with all the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances with every privilege right title
interest and estate dower and right of Dower reversion rem
-ainder and Easement thereto belonging or in anywise appertain
-ing  To have and to hold the same in fee simple forever.
  And the said party of the first part does covenant with
the said party of the second part that he is lawfully seized
of said premises; that they are free of all incumbrance
and that he has good right and lawful authority to sell
the same; and that he will warrant and defend the same
against the lawful claims of all persons.   In witness
whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto set
his hand and seal the day and year above written.
