"Deed"
This Indenture made this 2nd day of August AD
1884 between Arch Hague & Martha Hague of Alachua
County and State of Florida of the first part, and Eli Futch
of Alachua County State of Florida of the second part: Witnesseth
that the parties of the first part for and in consideration of
the sum of Eighty Dollars in hand paid, the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged have granted sold conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents do grant sell convey and confirm unto
the said parties of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
the following land to wit: The lots numbered seven and Eight
in Lot thirteen south of Live Oak Tampa and Charlotte Harbor
Railway, in the town of Hague according to a plat of said
Town on file in the Clerks office for the County of Alachua, State
of Florida. together with all singular the appurtenances and
hereditaments thereunto belonging, and the revision and remainder
rents issues and profits; and all the estate, title, interest and demand
of the parties of the first part in law and equity, of, in, and to said
