County of Cook    } Be it known that before me Joseph A Phelps
a notary public in and for the said County and State aforesaid per
-sonally appeared Joseph J Hazard who severally acknowledged
that he executed the foregoing deed for the purpose therein expressed;
and I further certify that the said Joseph J Hazard did acknowl
-edge that he executed the foregoing deed of conveyance and
joined in the same for the purpose of relinquishing all
dower or right of Dower in and to the premises described ther
ein and that the relinquishment of Dower was made and volunt
arily, and without any fear or constraint from any person

                   Florida Southern Railway to Sarah J Andrews

  This Indenture made the eleventh day of June in the
year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Eighty four
between the Florida Southern Railway Company of the
first part and Sarah J Andrews of Waukesha Co Wis
of the second part witnesseth that the said party of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of one dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to it paid by
the party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has remised released and forever quit claimed
and by these presents does remise release and forever
quit claim unto the said party of the second part and
to her heirs and assigns forever. Lot 6 Block 2 of the Town
of Waits crossing situated in Section 26 Township 10
South, Range 22 East in the County of Alachua State of
Florida. Together with all and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and the revision and revisions
remainder and remainders, rents issues and profits thereof;
And also all the estate right title interest property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equi
ty of the said party of the first part of in and to the above
described premises and every part and parcel thereof with
