                    State of Florida} I Joseph SM McDonell a
                     Alachua County } Justice of the Peace in and
for said County and State do hereby certify, that Samuel
Williams personally known to me as the Grantor in the
foregoing Deed personally appeared before me and acknowled
-ged that he signed sealed and delivered the said instrument
of writing as his free and voluntary act - for the uses and
purposes therein set forth.   And the said Henney Williams
wife of the said Samuel Williams having been by me examined
separate and apart from her husband, and out of his hearing
and the contents and meaning of the said instrument of writing
having been by me fully made known and explained to her and
she also being by me fully informed of her right under the
homestead law of this State acknowledged that she had freely
and voluntarily executed the same and relinquished her Dower
to the land described freely and voluntarily - and she does
not wish to retract the same =  Given under my hand
& Seal this 16th day of June AD 1884.

Alachua County  }   Know all men, by these presents that I
Decatur C Adams of the County of Alachua in consid
-eration of the sum of Five Hundred Dollars lawful money
of the United States of America to me in hand paid, by
Jesse Colson of the same county and state the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, do hereby give grant bargain
bargain sell and convey unto the said Jesse Colson the
following described land to wit: located in the County 
of Alachua and State of Florida and better described
as the North quarter of Lot number six (Lot 06) Section Fifteen
(S15) Township Eleven (T11) Range Eighteen East (R18E) 10
acres more or less.   To have and to hold the above granted
premises to the said Jesse Coulson his heirs and assigns
to his use and behoof forever. and I the said Decatur
C Adams for myself my heirs my heirs Executors and Administrators
