heirs and assigns as his and their absolute property in fee
simple forever. And the said Florida Land and Immigration
Company, for itself and assigns, and for all others claiming
by through or under it, does covenant and agree that at the
time of the Execution and delivery of these presents the said
company is seized of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the
above premises, and has good right to convey the same, as it
has conveyed the same, free and discharged from all incumb
-rances and liens of any and every nature and description; and
that the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
shall quietly and peaceably, and may at all times hereafter have
use occupy possess, and enjoy the above described pre
ises against all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming the
same. And that it will at any and at all times make such
further covenants conveyances and assurances, at the
expense of the said party of the second part as he the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns or Coun
-sel learned in the law, may require. In witness whereof
the said party of the first part has caused its corporate
seal to be hereunto affixed; and these presents to be sub-
scribed by its President and resident Manager the day and
year first above written.

"Deed of Assignment of Patent"
Whereas J.D. Crockett of the County of Tippah and
State of Mississippi did obtain letters Patent of the United
States of America for certain improvents in Muzzles No
272214, and whereas J.D. Crocket did assign the Territory
consisting of the Counties of Hamilton Suwannee Taylor
Lafayette Bradford and Alachua State of Florida to W.H.
Sessions by Deed of Assignment on the 19th day of February
AD 1884 said deed being recorded in Deed Book "H" of
the records of Suwannee County, and whereas A.J. Shuford
of the County of Alachua is desirous of acquiring an interest
