in the same in the County of Alachua of the State of Florida
Now this Indenture witnesseth that for and in consideration
of the sum of Seventy five Dollars to me in hand paid; the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, I do hereby assign
and transfer all my right and interest to Vend the
aforesaid Muzzles in the aforesaid County of Alachua, and
no other, and to do no other act than is hereby Vested for
his own use and that of his heirs and assigns to the full
end of the term of Seventeen years for which said letters
patent were granted Feby 13th AD 1883.  In witness whereof
I do hereby to set my hand and seal this the 8th day of July
1884.

-dred and Eighty four, between Herbert J. Lavey of the Town of
Archer County of Alachua State of Florida, and Susan M.
Lavey his wife parties of the first part, and Charles W.
Bauknight of the Town of Archer, County of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the second part; Witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in considera
tion of the sum One hundred and Seventy five Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have this day
granted bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed
and confirmed, and by these presents do hereby grant
