and Convey the Said property: that the Same is
      wholly free from any and all encumbrances what-
      soever and that they will and their heirs execu-
      tors and administrators shall and will warrant
      and forever defend the title to the said property
      to the said party of the second part and to his
      heirs executors administrators and assigns against
      the lawful Claims and demands of any and
      all persons now claiming or hereafter to claim

      Public for the State of Florida N.D. Phillips and his
      wife K.J. Phillips each of whom being well known
      to me as the grantors herein did Severally acknowledge
      that they and each of them Signed Sealed and de-
      livered the above and foregoing Deed of Conveyance in
      the manner and for the uses and purposes therein
      Contained and expressed and the said K.J. Phillips
      wife of the said N.D. Phillips being duly questioned
      and examined by me separately and apart from her
      husband did then and there acknowledge that she
      joined in and executed the said deed with her said
      husband for the purpose of releasing relinquish-
      ing renouncing and Conveying away all of her dower
      right of dower and interest of every Character
      whatsoever in and to the property therein and thereby
      Conveyed and that the Same was done and executed
      by her freely voluntarily and without any Compulsion
      Constraint apprehension of fear of or from her said
      husband the said N.D. Phillips
