Richardson, Susan I. Richardson parties of the first
part and Cordelia Waldron party of the Second part, Wit
nesseth That the said parties of the first part for and in con
-sideration of the Sum of Three hundred and twenty (320) Dollars
to them in hand paid by the party of the Second part at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged do sell, grant, release, and
confirm unto the said party of the second part her heirs
and assigns forever certain tracts and parcels of land
