that they and each of them Signed Sealed and delivered
the said deed in the manner and for the uses and
purposes therein Contained and expressed and the
said Mrs M.R. Jordan being by me first duly
questioned and examined separately and apart from
her husband did then and there acknowledge that
She joined in and executed the said deed with her
husband for the purpose of releasing relinquish-
ing and renouncing all of her dower and right of
dower and title of every Character whatsoever
in and to the property therein and thereby Conveyed
and that the Same was done and executed by
her freely voluntarily and without any Compulsion
Constraint apprehension or fear of or from her said
husband the said William M. Jordan
