bama William H. Micon Jr and his wife Susie R.
Micon each of whom being well known to me
as grantors in the above and foregoing did severally
acknowledge that they and each of them Signed
Sealed and delivered the said deed in the manner
and for the uses and purposes therein Contained
and expressed and the said Susie E. Micon
being by me first duly questioned and examined
seperately and apart from her husband did then
and there acknowledge that she joined in and
executed the said deed with her husband for the
purpose of releasing relinquishing and renounc-
ing all of her dower and right of dower and
title of every Character whatsoever in and to the
property therein and thereby Conveyed and that the
Same was done and executed by her freely Vol-
untarily and without any Compulsion Constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her said hus-
band the said William M. Micon Jr

into by and between William H. Bracy as Executor
of and for the Estate of Charlotte E.F. Dumas deceased
of said County and State party of the first part and
Mrs Lola Morris of the Same place party of
the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of
the first part under and by virtue of the power
and authority vested in and Conferred upon him
as executor as aforesaid by the last Will and
Testament of the said decedent and under and
by virtue of the order of Confirmation of Sale
and order to make deeds to the purchaser of & for
