Probate of said County for and in Consideration of
the sum of twelve Hundred Dollars to him Cash
in hand paid by the party of the Second part at
and before the sealing and delivery hereof hath
granted bargained sold and Conveyed and doth
by these presents grant bargain Sell Convey and
Confirm unto her the said party of the second part
and to her heirs and assigns forever the following
described real estate to wit: All that Certain lot
piece or parcel of land lying being and Situated
in the Town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida and Known and described
as being a part or portions of the East half of the
West half of Lot No Twenty (20) of Brushes Addition
to the Town of Gainesville Commencing at the South
West Corner of the lot in said Town of Gainesville
now owned and occupied by Wm H. Bracey (formerly
owned and occupied by Mrs Elizabeth Bracey now -
deceased) thence West Fifty two and a half (52 1/2)
feet - Thence North Two hundred (200) feet thence
East Fifty Two and a half (52 1/2) feet: thence South
Two hundred (200) feet to the place of beginning
Together with all and Singular the buildings
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the Same belonging or in any wise appertaining
To have and to hold the said described premises
unto her the said Mrs Lola Morris and to her
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever
in fee Simple absolute and the said William
H. Bracey as executor as aforesaid under and by
virtue of the power and authority vested in
and Conferred upon him by the said Last Will
and Testament of the said Charlotte E.F. Dumas
deceased and by the said order of the Judge of
Probate as aforesaid made and rendered on the
10th day of January AD 1884 doth hereby warrant
and shall forever defend the title to the said prop-
erty to the said Lola Morris and to her heirs execu-
tors administrators and assigns free from all en-
Cumbrances against the lawful claims or demands
of any and all persons whomsoever now Claiming
or hereafter to claim the Same in as full and
ample a manner as he is authorized or empowered
to do as Executors as aforesaid
In Testimony whereof the said party of the first
part hath hereunto set his hand & Seal on the 10th
day of January A.D. 1884
