                H.A. Morrison to Calvin Mann
                        Quit claim Deed
         This Indenture made the ninth day of November
in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and
Eighty three between Hugh A. Morrison and Mary R.
Morrison his wife of the first part and Calvin Manns
of the second part. Witnesseth that the said party of
the first part for and in consideration of the Sum
of One hundred Dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to them in hand paid by the
said party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold as
signed conveyed and transferred and by these presents do
grant bargain sell assign convey transfer and make
over unto the said party of the second part and to
his heirs and assigns forever all the following des
-cribed tract or parcel of Land to wit: beginning at
the South West quarter of Section twenty five in Town
