General The Undivided one half of the above described tract of
land is hereby conveyed to Hannah E. Davis. In Witness Whereof the

  William C. Andruss to Seth Brown and others Trustees
                    "Deed"
This Indenture made this __ day of August AD 1884 Between
William C. Andruss Widower of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the first part and Seth Brown G.P.
Quaintance & T.B. Pearson Trustees of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida parties of the second part Witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Fifty
Dollars to him in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged has bargained sold and transferred and by these
presents does bargain sell and transfer unto the said parties of the
second part and their successors in office forever all that certain
parcel of land lying and being in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and more particularly described as follows
Commencing at the South East Corner of the North West Quarter
of the North West Quarter of the South West Quarter thence running
one hundred and seven (107) feet west thence two hundred and
fourteen (214) feet North thence one hundred and seven (107) feet
East thence two hundred and fourteen (214) feet to the point from
which Started in Section Sixteen (16) Township Eleven (11) Range
Eighteen (18) containing by estimation one half acre more or less
on which to Erect a meeting House of which the above named
persons are trustees Together with all the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances with every privilege right title interest and Estate
Dower and right of dower reversion remainder and easement thereto
