chains and forty links to Milpond, beginning again
at the place of beginning thence North Nineteen chains and
ten links to Prairie being all the land West of the Mill
Pond in the North East Quarter of the South West quarter 
of said Section.   Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion and rever
sions remainders rents issues and profits thereof; and
also all the estate right title interest dower and right
of dower property possession claim and demand what
-soever as well in law as in equity of the said party of
the first part of in and to the above described premises
and every part and parcel thereof with the appertaining
unto the said party of the second part his heirs and
assigns forever.   In witness whereof the said parties

by me separate and apart from my said husband and in the
presence of J D Bell Notary Public of the state of Florida
acknowledge and declare that I did make myself a party
to and executed the foregoing Deed for the purpose of Ren
ouncing Releasing and Quit claiming all Dower and right
of Dower in and to the lands therein described and granted
and that she makes the renunciation release and transfer
freely and Voluntarily and without any fear constraint or
compulsion of or from my said husband the said Hugh
